This poor Gold book needs a new home. Some place where it will be loved and cared for properly.

I guess that it depends on the day of the week. Maybe he drops the 'R' on Tuesdays and the 'L' on Thursdays.

Makes me wonder if he ever finished signing a stack and then noticed that he had left off the 'R' for all of them. "Oops, whatever."

I have something signed by Don Pectin, but it's in a jar and tastes good on toast.

This guy is smoking crack.

But it gets funnier...read all the way to the bottom.

This is NOT what the QUALIFIED GRADE was invented for.

Lord.

That's a grade 0.5. Sucks to be him.

It's surprising how many people over the years have done just that.

Someone needs to give this guy a basic market theory book on supple/demand. This *SQUEE* first listed this at 35 BIN, didn't sell...relisted at 30 BIN, didn't sell...and has now put a starting bid at 35 with 40 as the BIN. LOL

Really, it's not too bad of a price on that book. I think it's the guys feedback that is the problem. E-bay is funny sometimes. You can list something and it won't have any bids, but then list it next week and get 20 bids and it goes for big bling. All depends on who is looking sometimes.

No, it's not a terrible price. But i wouldn't pay more than 25 for it. The last one that was sold went with the turok, magnu & rai 9 VVSS all for 49.

It's just funny how it doesn't see any action, the guy pulls it, then relists it higher...c'mon dude.

This is from that auction, made me chuckle:
I looked up all of these comics in the Wizard Price Guide and the combined prices of all the comics is over $800. This does not take into cosideration any signed comics or full sets.
Makes you wonder how old that issue of Wizard was that he was using? Probably one from 1993, I'm guessing....

Well, if there are 350 books, and he says Wizard thinks they're $800,
then they're $2.29 each (on average). That sounds like cover price.
(Same as Overstreet.)

Unfortunately, "random" 90s books don't sell for cover price...
and that's the kicker.

What are some of those odd things he has in the pictures? Maybe those things come with the auction as a bonus for buying his overpriced comics.

HARD SELL, HARD SELL, HARD SELL!!!!!!

I really wish people wouldn't do this, and then INSULT people by LYING to boot.

$40 is 'one hell of a deal'? Yeah, maybe in the summer of 1989.

oy.
