back-on topic tho, I think more and more people on this site are looking for them (me included) and in essence we are bidding against each other. Look at the market overall (non-ebay) and 175 is probably pretty accurate.

I think everyone is realizing just how hard these are to come by and are getting sick of trying to track them down for a bargain.

If I recall correctly a MAgnus TPB was on ebay about a month back - CGC 9.6.

these are quite a bit thicker than the Magnus TPB...that's only two comics worth of material...the unities are what 9 comics worth of material each...
