Yeah, a side-by-side comparo woulda helped... I honestly do NOT own one copy of this book, so the missing "foil" doesn't stand out to me so much.

You don't own a copy of Turok #1??? :o :o

That has got to be the easiest VALIANT book to own, in fact it's almost impossible NOT to have one if you buy any kind of misc. VALIANT lot. My question is: How have you managed to avoid owning one?

whatever happened to that guy who insisted he saw a white Solar #10? He used to get pretty fired up whenever someone challenged him about it. That would actually be a pretty cool book to see if it existed. :hm:

I always thought it was odd that he could never produce a pic of it. Kinda like the mysterious Iron man/XO variant.

I ardently avoid them... and believe it or not, I've never gotten one as "packing material." I hope I can continue to avoid these, too.....

Turok in his own title never appealed to me... it was one of the "new" titles I didn't buy (I worked at my LCS and could read them for free, this and stuff like Psi-Lords, Secret Weapons, etc...) and never did pick up.

Weird, huh??!!?
