im sure the divisin 13 is a really awful bright green. Now im thinking the X might be different too but wont commit to that until i can dig them out. Funnily enough i have just added some comments to another thread about too many Valiants being held in storage which is exactly what i just did with my whole collection. luckily they are at my friends and easily accessible so hopefully by wednesday well have this sortred. thanks for replying though i have got such a buzz from this already and ive only been a member for a week or less. my wife just laughed at me for my addiction but at least she supports it. cheers :thumb:

the Division 13 book has the same four variants as does the Barb Wire one I posted earlier in this thread:

and to add to the confusion, Mile High's copy looks like this:

Though I suspect this is the same as the regular edition, just an overexposed picture.

also, I saw mention somewhere that the ones that looked like the regular edition, but said "Special Limited Edition" are books that came with Ultra Pro Pages, kind of like the HARD Corps #5 variant.

I'll get right on it... :D

EDIT: ok, there ARE two versions of the gold, one with the Diamond and one with the fist holding a bolt of lightning. I could not find any evidence of there being a limited edition version of the regular cover. So it looks like only 3 versions of the Rebel book.

And just to think that I used to give these incentive books away now to only collect them again. It's all good though... they will come back around.

Edited to reflect our recent clarifications.

Now I wonder if there are two versions of CGW Arcadia Week 1 X Plat.

I am thinking that by all means, there could be.

Yes, when I did my search I did find two different versions of the plat. One with a Diamond and one with the regular CGW Arcadia logo.

There doesn't appear to be a Limited edition of the regular cover of that one, either.

Quite correct on the color for Division 13. I've got the book. It looks like neon baby-food. By the way, when are we going to get a full list and add this thread to the sticky ones?

If the list is not 100% complete, it's very close.

I'd thought about lobbying to make this a sticky, but there are so many stickies in this section already, I don't think we need another one.

I am honoured that my name is now included in the list of authors of sticky threads in the DU section.

I was flipping through my backissue boxes and found that the Mask Strikes Back 3 (of 5) bears the Dark Horse Heroes imprint.

I flipped through it and didn't recognize any characters, but it was full of ads for the upcoming CGW line. I have 1 and 2 and neither of those carry the DHH imprint.

I added it to the list anyway.

I still wonder about that possible fourth variant of the Rebel book. I added it as a possible, not yet confirmed variant to the list.

xodacia told me in the chat that Dark Horse Presents #144 features a Vortex story.

Added to the list.

If you are getting into stories in other books, the DHP 1999 annual has "Ghost:My Sisters Keeper". I dunno if its related as I know nothing of the cgw.

I am beginning to think this checklist needs another section, something like "Other Dark Horse Publications Featuring Stories with CGW Characters".

I think its time to get these on to word & xls. checklists and then we can add to then as we go.

This and many more Du's must be as complete as were gonna get and its fun when something new is uncovered so not really problem to add on whenever.

Just found this and although its on the main list there is no mention of a premium version.

I cant afford it as im looking to sell a few bits to cover some overdue bills but if anyone else needs it good luck and fill your boots

Chiclo, I think we're missing the Comics' Greatest World Sourcebook on the checklist, both the regular edition and the Plat, might want to add them.

$15.00 is ok i guess.

Its only the plat that need adding as the standard edition is at the top of the list.

List so updated.

I've got the regular edition but not the Platinum.
