Correct order for reading the Chaos Effect

Sorry if this has been posted before but I couldn't find it on the site. Can someone let me know the correct order to read the Chaos Effect in? I've been reading Bloodshot straight through and got to the Chaos effect books so I read the prologue and then the first Shadowman Chaos Effect issue. Now at the end of that it says Secrets of the Valiant Universe, but the ads in all the comics list Turok #16 and another book on top of the Secrets book. Anyways I can't find my Wizard promo card detailing the correct order. Help!! :thumb:

No worries... I only found it because I searched for posts with:
beta and gamma

Searching for "chaos effect" would have 281 matches...

so I'm sure it's in there somewhere, but I don't want to dig! :)

Thanks for sharing the reading order of the Chaos Effect storyline sequence. Now I'm definitely going to reread it in that order. :thumb: So now it will make some sense. :hope:

I thought that each group of 4 could be read in any order? It certainly doesnt seem to matter

Partly right. Some are independent of each other or only tell overlapping stories. Some, however, are directly continued from one book to the other.

Shadowman is definately continued into Secrets of the Valiant Universe (and Dr Mirage ties into one scene in that comic). How Turok would relate to any of those comics (if at all) is beyond me (I don't have the issue but nothing in Shadowman or Secrets mentions anything about it).

Bloodshot continues into Secret Weapons. EW seemed to be independent but he witnesses a plane crash that may explain a destroyed HQ in the other books (I'ld have to see the issue again to be sure). Ninjak I don't know about.

It seems like they all had ongoing plotlines that tied together each week but every week seems to have an "odd man out" that has nothing to do with the rest.

Not so much a crossover as a bunch seperate stories tied together by wierd skies and a power outage.
