Looks like a good month! Another annual with X-O this time. I'm thinking this is a good way to make issue #50 drop in September, the month after 4001 finishes. I'm liking the Bloodshot covers that Veregge is doing.

X-O Annual! I assumed the 4001 AD tie-in would take the X-O slot this month, it's nice to see this oversized surprise.

I still wish every ongoing currently being published was getting a 4001 AD tie-in (Ninjak, Imperium, Eternal Warrior, A&A) but maybe we'll see some more annuals this summer.

Wow, I'll actually be picking up everything in May...haven't done that in awhile. (Not buying Faith; won't get A&A, although first run of A&A is epic reading this incarnation looks terrible, and I've already gone the route of "give it a chance" with Dead drop, Q&w, and was mightily disappointed. ). 4001 looks epic, wondering When Britannia is gonna drop since Dino seems so excited for it.

I'll agree with that when he is headlining multiple solo books and multiple team books, or has a whole legion of books that are part of the "Ninjak Family" a la Batman.

I think it's a fair assessment, we just poking fun, we love Ninjack. For such a small universe, as far as books being published, he gets around a bit. Batman & Wolverine, just do it on a bigger scale.

Does he have the potential to spawn a "Ninjak Family"? Perhaps one day we'll see these titles (once Valiant cements itself as a Big 3 publisher):

- Ninjak (solo ongoing)
- Roku (solo ongoing)
- Fist and Steel (Ninjak and Eternal Warrior team-up series)
- Secret Weapons (team book led by Ninjak)

Well, Unity ended, so we're down one book there. His appearance in X-O takes the place of that, and Bloodshot Reborn isn't in the current timeline. So I don't make too much of it.

As long as they keep appearances reasonable, I have no prob with multiple appearances in other titles, regardless of who the character is. I recall a couple of years ago we were saying the same thing about Harada.

My beef with Wolverine is that Marvel had him in his own title, then titles, plus he was in the X-Men, then Avengers, then X-Force, then multiple Avengers titles... I know it's comics, but Lordy, how does any of that makes sense??
