The New Universe’s influence on Valiant

I just purchased a copy of Harbinger: The Beginning on eBay. (For $5.58 shipped!) I am intending to reread those early Harbinger issues along with the early issues of D.P. 7 and Psi-Force from the New Universe. Then I want to write an article on how D.P. 7 and Psi-Force influenced Harbinger.
Here’s from a discussion on this topic I’ve had with Josh Deck:
DP7 similarities to Harbinger:

1) the Clinic/Harbinger Foundation similarity
2) Voight/Harada
3) paranormals on the run/renegades on the run
4) paranormals return to the clinic & take over/renegades return to the Harbinger foundation and Faith takes over

Regarding Psi-Force, Wayne Tucker was a member of the group who “pushed” people in the manner Peter Stqnchek of Harbinger did.
