Are there any superheroes in the public domain that would be a good fit at VALIANT?
Alan Moore did his version of several of them at DC as part of his ABC Imprint. Some, like Black Terror, have been reused at other publishers.
I think Alex Ross' Project Superpower at Dynamite used several of them.
