My first was buying X-O #8 from the local store when it came out. I was only 12 and wanted to try something new. Needless to say, I was amazed with what I read and also bewildered that I came on so late that I missed the early issues. About a year later, I got a job just so I could suscribe to everything Valiant did. I stuck through to the end of the line from then on. I didnt get into the Acclaim stuff as much, but I'm thinking I should pick it up. I'm not new to the site, but I am to the board, so <Dr. Nick Impression>"Hello everybody."</Impression> Man... I'm a geek.
