Help: Seller Not Returning PM & Hasn't sent item in 5 mo

What should a board member do when another board member hasn't sent an item that has been paid for? I have waited for 5 months now and no item and no response to my pm, yet that board member continues to post messages on the board.

As many sellers that I buy from know , I am quick to pay and happy to pay. But I don't like getting jerked around. I am tempted to post the board members name in hope that the item will actually ship.

And Happy Thanksgiving to all, even the board member who refuses to talk to me.

Five months is plenty of time. You should post the name (ebay and VF) and the details of the transaction if they don't contact you within a short time of your posting this. You should also email and PM them a link to this thread.

If they are a prominent board member I would ask Greg to mediate before airing the dirty laundry. If he is unwilling to do that or the problem is still not resolved then I would post something on the boards.

Just my take on it. I have been late mailing things out before due to many different reasons, but not 5 months late...
