Re: Jim Shooter interview (March 30, 2022)
Does anyone have any idea about what Shooter was talking about when he mentioned getting a call from NBC about Warriors of Plasm? Maybe I misunderstood. I would love a Defiant return.

Great read! Makes me miss Shooter writing anything more than ever. Wish he would get back in the game.

Re: Counterfeit Valiant book UPDATE , FYI
lol All I'm saying is the amount of work that would go into actually counterfeiting comics would never be worth the effort and certainly would have been spotted by now if they existed in any significant numbers. I work for the worlds largest printer and yes we print some of the most sought after ...

Re: Counterfeit Valiant book Red Alert 911
As others have said actually counterfeiting books is exceptionally difficult. However, overprinting isn't. My guess is that is what Shooter is likely referring to and it is fairly common. Most printers print an overage to replace damaged books. It would not surprise me to find out some of these made ...

Re: Good news about the Bloodshot movie
I saw Bloodshot today and was pleasantly surprised. I’d read the reviews and was worried. I thought it looked good and captured the character. For me it is a solid 8 out of 10. It was a fun flick. Bloodshot has never been my favorite Valiant character but I’ve read all of them. I don’t know how much ...

Defiant like the early Valiant is much better when read in order of publication. The universe as a whole is stronger than the sum of its parts.

Re: Jawbreakers: Lost Souls Indiegogo comic
I ordered one even though the description of the story doesn't seem like anything I'd normally be interested in. Will be interesting to see if its any good. Couldn't be much worse than most comics on the shelf these days.

Yeah, if they only had a way of UNITING the major characters. It would be nice to see a UNIFIED story that effected the whole Valiant UNIVERSE. Wonder what a good name for that might be?

Should this go in the spoilers section, if we want to discuss what was said in the article? I'll black it out just in case.
As I said before, I'm glad to hear Kindt will have more involvement. It would be interesting to see him do Ninjak with a noir bent. Also, curious to see Bloodshots past. Are ...

I always thought the beers where a great promotion.
Editorially I would love to see them return to a bit more real world feel. I'm not hating, just that I think the early original runs had a uniqueness to them that hasn't translated as well as I had hoped. Primarily this is aimed at A&A. This run ...

Re: Personal Current Rankings
I think the highlighted, bold, italicized, underlined part is precisely what I have been feeling with regards to the writing in A&A. It feels forced and disingenuous. FVL is forcing the story to fit the puns he wants to put out there and, to me, it feel stilted and awkward and kills the flow.
If ...

Re: Personal Current Rankings
Gamma has been ruining Bloodshot for me, and I have been put off from A&A since the beginning. I still buy it, but I loathe reading it. I do just to keep up with whats going on. I view myself as a universe collector. As long as the line remains relatively small I'll buy it all, even if I detest a ...
