Re: Predator vs Magnus Robot Fighter tpb?

Did the trade paperback of Predator vs Magnus have an introduction or afterword? No, just a picture gallery (mainly with the card images). Can't believe this trade is still so expensive. Yeh, sorry about that. I think I drove up the price. Had an idea and bought several, even got invaluable help fr...

Re: Acclaim XO Manowar: Any good?

What do you think? It certainly had moments... There was never a strong art team on this book after Sean Chen left when the 1st 4 issues were done. Not one of the stronger acclaim relaunched titles. I did enjoy them bringing in other characters to help complement Donovan like Bravado but overall th...

Re: Is the VIP sneak peak the most undervalued Valiant book?

facepalm My memory is fading guys... this is the ValiantFans.com book that has 2,000 copies... http://valiantguide.com/cd/ve/previews/v2013_fcbd_hwvsm.jpg It is NOT the book that I was trying to remember with fewer than 200 "in the wild". The rarer book I was thinking of has "900,000+ posts" on the...

Re: Top 100 Rarest Valiant books 2012-present? Maybe...

Even if there are 1,500-2,000 copies of Harbinger #3 1:20 variants , that's a really small number considering Livewire's redesign/reboot is basically an all-new Valiant title character (first appearance). It's too bad Livewire doesn't appear on the cover of either version (regular or 1:20). On one ...

Re: Is the VIP sneak peak the most undervalued Valiant book?

Have been thinking about this today and here is the case in my head. This book is crazy important and crazy rare. - It was never properly distributed. It was only sold I've read at one convention and by one dealer. Does anyone have info on who and when? - Without this book there would have not been...

Re: Mintz was interviewed by Deadline... it's an interesting read

He still doesn’t answer the questions when asked. He dances around it and reflects to something related to it. Remember he’s the one who pushed out all the Psiots and Harbinger references in Bloodshot to get a more favorable deal for him. Not what was right for the characters.

Aren't these pretty close to VH2 Armorines numbers? I might just start stacking away a few extra copies.
Armorines #4 was re-solicited like three times and once printed was 2,700 copies so really close

Re: Disregarding continuity...a solution?

Forgetting continuity or ignoring it shouldn't be a "thing" no writer should be given that option. This is all about editorial and what they are demanding from the teams brought in on the books. I don't like it You don't like it No one at the current DMG run Valiant cares that either of us don't lik...
