CGC doesn't do trade paperbacks. I believe that there may be another company out there who does grade them, but am clueless as to who they actually are. CGC is comic mag only.

As for the books being "only VF" or whatever they really are, you have to make some concessions with rare books like these. Yeah, beggars can be choosers when it comes to a Magnus 1 or a even a Unity Red. But with a print run of 500-1000 and a book that may be buried in the dust bins of comic shops ...

I was glad to see a board member grab one of the books, but surprised that they went for what they did. What is it with me and these trades? Daniel Jackson" stated that it was the fact that I didn't have bigger pics last time.... oh well. :)

We'll see if I can't find another at some point down the ...

I am going to post them early next week on ebay. I'm guess/hoping that they go for over a $100.00 a piece. I will post another thread to let everyone know when they go up. Thanks for the feedback.

I am in the middle of putting money together for an upcoming marriage. I just put these books up on ebay. They are just about the most scarce books put out by the company and are in great condition (#1 is VF/NM and #2 is VF/NM). I have stellar feedback at ebay. See them for yourselves and good luck ...

Yep, I know. I work with what I have. In this case it is rock solid feedback, an ok digital camera and an irresistable boyish charm. ;)

I've done well in the past, so let the cards fall where they may. There have been many views and a large number of people watching, so I'm not too worried about it ...

lmao..... you sneaky *SQUEE*!! That post alone reminds me of the fun written into Harbinger and Archer & Armstong that enabled me to enjoy the characters in those runs. I may just have to dig them out and reread them. It has been probably been more than 5 years...

This ic a brilliant copy and yet remains with only 24 hours and less than the other vf copy I sold for $100.00. Someone is going to get a bargain unless there are a bunch of last minute snipes.

I've never seen #2. I actually picked up two copies of #1 this past summer and saved the second, better condition copy for ebay until now. I just posted several Valiant and Valiant/Acclaim books as well. Not nearly as scarce, but fun stuff, esp. the Darque Passages series!
