I always sit by Fred at the poker game. (The very 1st time he showed up at a poker game, he has sat next to me. That will never change). Fred is just the best dude. He is so funny and witty and compassionate and smart. He has so many great stories. He talked about shooter and Layton and getting hired at Valiant the 1st time.
He also said that he is going to do a special poker game variant for the book we all sign next year. He was sorta half joking (but I could tell , maybe not) ..... So ..... We'll see.
Fred is just a blast to be with. He is always the coolest guy in the room.

The night ended perfectly. V-Ditti showed up at the end with his lady. I got to sit with him and talk about The importance using your left hand while dribbling, watch a video of him dunking a basketball (with his left hand on an 8 foot hoop, he claimed it was was 8 1/2 feet), talk about time travel and Aric and the Vine, the joys of rural Georgia living, how his moms did him ugly with his cast. V-Ditti is the Man!!

I guess that means I took your spot last year. I completely agree that it was awesome sitting next to him. Such a down-to-earth guy with a wonderful sense of humor.Elveen wrote:I always sit by Fred at the poker game. (The very 1st time he showed up at a poker game, he has sat next to me. Thanks it was great to meet you also, I had an awesome time! Definitely the highlight of my first trip to SDCC. Really enjoyed all of your early 90's rap quotes!Elveen wrote:So it's always great to meet new peeps and see old homies. I forgot Nate's board name (maybe mota?). But Nate is a cool dude, I'm stoked I got to meet him. And it was great to see Jay and Sir San again.
It's Man Of The Atom, so M O T A (with caps and spaces?).

For sure the highlight. Nothing is even close.
And there is NOTHING better than 80s and 90s rap quotes.
