Re: What video game are you currently playing?
I hate having such little time for games. I enjoy them so much.
I have even less time now that my son started school. We get up earlier and because we put him down early and I'm very sensitive to light/dark cycles, I get super sleepy much earlier. Late night after everyone goes to sleep has been my go-to play time.
I'm working on a whole bunch at once:
Still working through Uncharted (about 1/3 of the way through the second one)
Always playing Super Meat Boy (easiest to just pick up and play)
Just finished Limbo (short puzzle game)
Stalled out on Assassin's Creed II (my son watched me play the first one, but this one isn't as tame as the first, so not appropriate - therefore less play time)
Working through a complete Kingdom Hearts playthrough (stalled out on that horrible card-based Chain of Memories)
Still in the middle of Life is Strange and Last of Us
Playing Need for Speed Most Wanted with my son (wish it had local co-op)
Playing Pokemon Yellow and Pokemon Omega Ruby
I love games.

Working on the Amazing Spider-man 2. Just started it but already kinda hating it. They've tweaked the swinging and it's annoying as hell.

FYI - for anyone here who has a PS4 & a PlayStation Plus account for it, the full game Transformers: Devastation is currently available as a free download from the PlayStation Store until November. I've downloaded it, haven't tried it yet though. Heard mixed reviews, but I'm sure it's fun to play regardless, especially when it's freeeeeeee!!

I'm currently playing Dragon Age: Inquisition on PS4 and Rise of the Tomb Raider on the Xbox One.

Re: What video game are you currently playing?
I had Dragon Age Inquisition on Xbox 360, but never got any of the DLC's. Just picked up the Xbone GOTY edition including all DLC's and restarted the other night. Haven't run into any of the new stuff yet, but I'm having fun trying out another character build so far. Played for like 5 hours straight the first night. Might be able to get on again some tonight hopefully.Cyberstrike wrote:It's OK.grendeljd wrote:FYI - for anyone here who has a PS4 & a PlayStation Plus account for it, the full game Transformers: Devastation is currently available as a free download from the PlayStation Store until November. Well it finally happened the complete Mass Effect trilogy is backwards compatible on Xbox One so I'm playing ME1 again! Now if Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age 2 were BC I could retire my Xbox 360.

Re: What video game are you currently playing?
Finished Assassin's Creed III and have moved on to Liberation now.
Seems much more colourful than III: although, so did II, so it's peculiar that the third game in the franchise somehow lost a lot of character. Still, good game all in all and the naval battling was definitely my favourite part of it (possibly not what the developers intended, but still...)
Digging the voodoo and blowdart weapons in Liberation, and the setting is pretty cool

If you liked naval you'll love Black Flag and Rogue.Shadowman99 wrote:Finished Assassin's Creed III and have moved on to Liberation now.

Must admit, I am rushing through Liberation a bit so that I can get started on Black Flagdornwolf wrote:If you liked naval you'll love Black Flag and Rogue.Shadowman99 wrote:Finished Assassin's Creed III and have moved on to Liberation now.

You think it's rushing but Liberation is actually pretty brisk.Shadowman99 wrote:Must admit, I am rushing through Liberation a bit so that I can get started on Black Flagdornwolf wrote:If you liked naval you'll love Black Flag and Rogue.Shadowman99 wrote:Finished Assassin's Creed III and have moved on to Liberation now.

Also adding to the Assassins Creed pile of my own, I finally own a Nintendo DS(lite version), and so now own both Assassins Creed DS games.

Re: What video game are you currently playing?
Attack On Titan for the PS4 is really good. It captures the spirit of the anime and manga perfectly and the action in it really captures the feel of attacking a Titan with omni-directional mobility gear. It's a bit repetitive, but it's a really cool game. It's actually the first game I've sat through in a few years now.

Re: What video game are you currently playing?
I've dipped my toe in Watch Dogs 2. Man, what a complete 180 from the previous one. Still the same kind of openworld gameplay, but the overall theme (young hacker joins the game's version of Anonymous to take down a megacorp) is much ... cheerier... than the gloom and doom "revenge on the murderers of my family" trope of the first installment.

Back at Uncharted 2. Also started playing the Resident Evil HD remaster for PS4.
With the announcement of Last of Us 2 I am going to try to finish that game soon.

Finshed up Sleeping Dogs for the PS4, I'll get back to the DLC to it at some point... eventually. Next game up will be Uncharted 4!

Final Fantasy XV for me. I'm enjoying the game more and more I play it. Normally I have a hard time engaging with JRPGs, but something about this one has struck a chord with me. Maybe it's the open world/more modern feel.

Crimes and Punishments: Sherlock Holmes. Bought what I thought was an open world-ish Sherlock Holmes game. Turns out it's just a glorified point and click really. Wouldn't be too bad except for load times. My god. Playing this on a PS3 and I can't honestly remember loaded times.
