MEGALITH is not the original title.
It was going to be called "Stonehenge Schmonehenge".

Is anyone else reminded of ALIENS ?
I've been looking everywhere for the ultra-rare Turok vs Blister issue. Anybody able to help me out?

Sooo so so sweet. I have missed seeing new art from Lewis! Hope I can track down copies of this one whenever the books start coming out!

Re: MEGALITH
I heard it was originally called “Stoney McStoneface” but then the people in charge said the internet didn’t get a vote. There was then a huge backlash, so the creators decided they would name the small apartment complex where the main characters sidekick lived would be called Stoney McStoneface...greg wrote: Thu Feb 06, 2020 2:05 pm MEGALITH is not the original title.
It was going to be called "Stonehenge Schmonehenge".
Re: MEGALITH
Sure hope it's not a problem, but are you aware that Continuity comics has used this title? Apart from that, I sure agree with everyone that this is a great cover.

Yes, but it's probably past trademark protection now, unless Adams is trying to sell collections. But as I remember it, there isn't much to collect, as Continuity was as bad as Liefeld's studio back in the day at shipping books on timemagnusr wrote: Fri Feb 07, 2020 2:27 am Sure hope it's not a problem, but are you aware that Continuity comics has used this title? But then that could be a reason why this title didn't show up in a trademark search?kjjohanson wrote: Sat Feb 08, 2020 7:30 amYes, but it's probably past trademark protection now, unless Adams is trying to sell collections. Re: MEGALITH
Orrrrr, it could be that the reason it didn't show up in a trademark search is that "Megalith" isn't the name of the comic, but rather a codename for the comic, as was suggested today on Twitterkjjohanson wrote: Sat Feb 08, 2020 7:31 amBut then that could be a reason why this title didn't show up in a trademark search?kjjohanson wrote: Sat Feb 08, 2020 7:30 amYes, but it's probably past trademark protection now, unless Adams is trying to sell collections. You've gotta admit that title would be a bad idea.
