Does anyone know who the cover artist is for the Valiant Voice #19 Shadowman: 1889 is? I finally aquired myself a copy after years of searching and I'm quite glad as it is terribly hard to find.

Just guessing, but the style is similar to Val Mayerik who did the Shadowman Yearbook.
