I agree. Simply terrible all round. Send me all your copies and I'll be sure that they're properly disposed of. :D

Quality withstanding, besides a couple of Valiant Voices, it's all I need to complete my run. I never realized there was even one out there... somehow I just missed it.

Seriously, it really is not that bad of a book, although it was not neccessary to get the whole story. For a Wizard book, it was one of the best 1/2's. X-Files and The Maxx had goodm 1/2 issues as well. Also, as Steve has said, there is a gold version as well, and I believe he has some for sale, I'm sure he's already PM'd you though.
Good morning.

I never much cared for the story or the artwork for X-O 1/2. After I sent away for it I remember being pretty disappointed when it finally arrived at the house. Oh well.

Btw.. canvascutie has the gold version up on ebay right now with a pretty decent BIN price. The shipping is a little high, but considering what these were going for last year it's still a good price.

Just about the same price I paid on an auction style listing from cutie back in July. I waited long enough. I guess if I waited longer, it might be even lower after she sells another couple dozen of these.

Wonder what it's like to open a long box and see all gold issues of the same book, one after another after another?
:hm:

Has anyone kept count on how many of these canvascutie has sold?

I haven't kept track, but I'd hazard a guess of at least 50 copies and maybe as many as 100 by now. Figure cc's been selling them for at least a year now, average one a week and that's 52 right there, but I think it's been longer.

And, don't forget, cc will sell them off ebay if you ask after one of the auctions has closed at the same price (I've asked). So there may be more sold than any records a third party might compile would show.

Until cc has no more, the price on this book will continue to move down from the record $200 that was paid in 2003.

About 70 individual sales since April 2004.
Not all of the 70 copies were canvascutie sales, but most were.
I don't have a record of "off eBay", of course.

*SQUEE*, who paid that!?!
In addition to cavascutie, shovelhead has been shovelling these away on ebay as well. It's like the two of them are trying to upstage the other to go even cheaper. I may buy one shortly, but i may wait and let the price break $20...

Probably Aug, he was on a rampage last year and paid $400 for a Shadowman Good Bad & Ugly Variant.
