Could any Valiant heroes use Green Lanterns ring? Didn't you have to be without fear or something? XO might be able to do that.

Are there other superheroes who have some sort of limiting clause? What Valiant people might pass those qualifications?

Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.

I know Hal Jordan gave Superman his ring to use (pre 'Crisis') and he was able to use it.

If you gave Aric hugs and kisses, would it be XOXO X-O?

Deathstroke had a serious problem attempting to operate the ring. And what about Batman? Didn't he try once?
