This was pretty cool, I'll have to go check the price guide to see how this relates...

Recognise any of these names?

Wow, Greg's guide has it at $27, and the last auction posted (board sale?) was 12/05 for $25.50. Somebody paid a premium!

:D

I've sold 5 slabs in the past 2 weeks as well, after seemingly months of nothing.

I think ckb's making the correlation between the harbinger 1 sale and the overall symbyotic relationship we all have with the valiant universe which compelles us wherever we are around the world to want said Valiant comic at the same general time until the need is filled and we pause for the next valiant urge to manifest itself.

That's what you were saying wasn't it ckb??

Yes, exactly right. Wow, how did you know?

Really, I'm just saying the interest in Valiants comes and goes. The price doesn't surprise me because it appears to me to be in an upswing anyway. I sometimes do sell stuff that is not part of a larger trend, I just had a hunch this time given the number of hits on my Valiant listings, sales, and other factors.

Things may go right back in the toilet again, don't get me wrong. I just call 'em as I see 'em.

Thanks for the clarification. I wasn't exactly sure what you meant earlier, honestly. So, that clears that up!
