Pretty sure you can shoot to kill if they break into your home...

Here in Fla. you can shoot someone if you feel threatened. New law from last year.

If you're gonna shoot then shoot to kill. No sense leaving behind a potential witness. It's hard to dispute self defense when there's no witness to testify against it... :P

Self defense laws also vary by state. The was a recent change to the one in AZ.
