You know, I actually filled it twice now. The first one I had I traded for something else I was missing thinking I'd find another one as quickly (and cheaply - $1.00) as I did the first. Two years later....
Anyway, I do believe this book puts me at 100% on the VH1 stuff, including all variants, golds, vvss, etc. (I DON'T have a BS0 gold error however, but error books don't count for 100% anyway -- note that I don't call it 'platinum'; that gives it an air of authenticity it doesn't deserve IMO).

Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.

Yeah. I was pleasantly surprised to find it in a collection I purchased this week. I didnt even know it was in included until I broke down the books this morning. Along with the CEAR, I picked up almost complete runs of the following titles: (missing issues are listed)
A&A
Armorines
Bloodshot (missing 50)
Chaos Effect: Alpha, Omega Gold
Eternal Warrior; Fist/Steel, Wings
Geomancer
Hard Corps
Harbinger (all coupons intact
)
Magnus RF (all coupons intact); Original Magnus
Rai (missing 2 & 3
)
Shadowman
Solar
Turok; Original Turok, Hunted
Vintage Magnus
X-O (missing 4-6)
The total count was around 575. All last issues were present, as well as all of the Pre-Unity keys with the exception of Rai 3. But finding the CEAR in the lot just made my day

I had even more luck today with these two:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... %3AIT&rd=1
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... %3AIT&rd=1
Their significance you ask? Well, I am one of those freaks that collects anything printed by Valiant/Acclaim. This series was printed by Acclaim almost up until they quit publishing regularly. These two books were a) the last two in the series making their print runs really small & b) they were two of the only three original titles in the Acclaim run. The other 59 stories Acclaim printed in their Classics Illustrated run were printed before in other Classics Illustrated series. Here's an example of what these can do:
