There is someone kinda in the foreground(between me and dino)...you cant see his head, just the brim of his ball cap. His hand is in his lap and it looks like he is holding 'something' :o :D

You might be right about this guy "enjoying himself too much". Look in the second picture, he's gone.

Maybe he went to the can to "take care" of himself! :o
