I like the fact that you made the lie thing in a bigger font, that way it's easier for simpletons such as myself to grasp the concept. (ps: I promise to take some time this weekend and figure out those pesky KWOTASHUN marks..........)
Um,.... what are you talking about here? The "Akuma has a shadow" comment? Oh! OK, I was quoting a statement by AKUMA in another thread where mentioned that another member's wares were looking well priced. (isn't that how one uses quotes?.... anyway, ) You remember, the thread where you chimed in and dared SOTU to bid on it, and mocked his purchase of an A&A gold........ he had stated that he had his own "Shadowman", in reference to your stalking and needless comments......c'mon Zeppy, you remember that don't you? I guess that means i wasn't lying, or fabricating anything. It just means you were mistaken. huh! go figure.....OCD: it was a lie. It was a fabrication. It was meant to make me look bad.
Pay attention Zippy, its never been about the books for me. It's about your constant bellowing over the sale of the books for profit. Geez, I thought you'd a had that by now........(You might not have noticed that we haven't REALLY been talking about the VcVSS....not REALLY...for a couple of posts now.)
Focus zipster, you had commented that it was a "good thing" you had learned to deal with flim flam shiesters like me long ago,...... I assummed you were refering to controling the fury you had lived with for so long, and you hadn't killed anyone in awhile now,..... lucky me!Formidable rage? What, you got the Hulk locked up inside there with you?
So the truth doesn't matter to you? Just the persuading of minds?.... Wow thats quite an unexpected confession there Zepoli. Your a bigger man than I thought. Now just try focusing all that raw energy on championing the truth as opposed to what you would like all other humans to think and this'll all be over.......I can't change the truth with debate, but I CAN persuade minds.
Go me!
"Just Three" ....... "Those other threads", um were'nt you gonna make a quip about me not being able to count a minute ago? Here's how it works Ziggy, if you have three of something,..... and then there are more,.....that means there are a grand total of more than three.........(that would be four minimum,... use your fingers if you need to. We all started somewhere....) When did the expiration date get installed on huge pains in the butt?? Anyone? Youre tired Zeppo, I can tell. Too many battles, just one keyboard......sighNo, just three. Those other threads are months, if not years old, and are long gone.
hey!!! there it is!!!! See I did read some of your post, and i actually remembered some of it.... WooHoo!!!!(I could make a quip about not being able to count and "innumerable", but I won't.)
Listen Zorro,.... when Greg is forced to do that it's not bullying. It's letting the stink out..... big difference. and were reading,.......The ONLY...and I mean the ONLY....person on these boards with the ABILITY to bully ANYONE is Greg....and he doesn't do it very often.
hmmmm, interesting Zelda. You know how many petitions have been put on the table calling for my dismissal? None..... Damn!!! I'm practically Mr. Congeniality around here aren't I!!! (at least compared to you.....) I know you have risen above worrying about mere mortals and thier opinions of you. Funny coming from a guy who claims to be "upholding community standards"But by all means, if you want to start a petition on "How Many People Can't Stand ZWH And Want Him Gone" by ALL means...it wouldn't be the first time on these boards.![]()
Usually I would aggree with a comment like that. however in your case I think that approach is more of a defense mechanism, that allows you to ignore the pleas of rational people, and sit safely behind your logic, and reason with no inkling of budging or understanding, or any of the traits that make people likable. You've been reviled for so long by so many, it's become an identity you are comfortable with. Again Sad and shallow IMHODear God, no. Being honest and accurate is a PLEASURE. Not letting people say things about you that aren't true is a GOOD thing.
that would be perfect wouldn't it? you'd already have your built in alibi ready. A month from now you can play the nice guy for awhile and then begin to tell everyone how you contest that suspension too, because I was baiting and jabbing right along with you......blah, blah,... blah,... I think I might be done with you now anyway. Now watch as Greg dumps this into TO and says "*I* have the last word" and I'll be gone.
When I was five, I dragged my dad into "Mike's Comic Hut"... If only I'd known..

Isn't it a little much to start talking about suspensions and flare ups and who causes what kind of trouble? I mean really, for all of the spirited debates people have had on these boards, including this one, what is the harm?ZephyrWasHOT!! wrote:And in the interest of keeping mavros honest, there have been TWO "flareups" since my suspension was lifted.mavros wrote:
Now how many times have the same remarks been made in a NUMBER of flares up with a NUMBER of other board members since ZWH's suspension was lifted?
One with Steverino, which was instigated by him, and this one.
The Solar HC doesn't count, because it was a n00b vacuum cleaner salesman.
How that translates to a NUMBER of "flares up" with a NUMBER of other board members, I don't know, but it's certainly not honest.
Any hyperbole to make the point, I guess.
And I say this again: it always takes TWO (or more) to have a "flare up."
Trying DESPERATELY to make me look like a troublemaker isn't honest, mavros.
And how does a heated conversation like this one cause you to want to get rid of your board projects? Nothing anyone can say or do on this site can change how much I dig the projects I have. But that's me.
There are layers upon layers of information and threads on this site that have nothing to do with this discussion. People can go elsewhere and avoid this if they choose and still lead a happy Valiant life.
I just don't see the harm in a spirited debate. And if a few people get called Zippy or Dear a couple of times. well, life will go on. I don't see the need for suspensions or self imposed departures. A difference in point of view is a good thing for this site.
Agreeing to disagree may be something we could work on though.

In summary, all previous rules are now null and void.
There are now only two rules.
Rule #1: Don't make me come over there.
Rule #2: See rule #1.

What I want to know is WHY is it EVERY SINGLE TIME that someone else gets "the last word" and THEN Greg lowers the boom?
If I respond to OCD, then I'm out.
WEAK.

If I respond to OCD, then I'm out.
WEAK.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of the heathen who call themselves "Valiant", lo, they are unworthy of such a title. For I have seen a vision, a golden stairway to the great messageboard in the sky, and I have heard a voice calling, "Come up hither, my good and faithful servant, for I am well-pleased with the amount of preaching thou hast done on that one dotcom website where they talk about comic books."
It is but a vision today, but tomorrow, I shall fly. Why my dear? Because I am worthy. The torment of the flames of wrath shall engulf the wicked (Greg first of all, though I once called him 'friend') for their inability, nay, their inconsistency with wielding of power they never deserved, and were forlorn in their utterings of insipid folly.
My dearest Valiant OCD, the sunset is approaching, and I trod gallantly toward prizes you will never possess... eternal self-satisfaction and moral perfection.
Oh, and I just like having the last word.
