Five minutes after I signed up there was a midget dressed as Superman knocking on my door with a Harbinger hardcover.

Weird.

Well, so much for not buying any current books. Time to budget for new book purchasing. 8-)

That's cool that it's a featured item in previews. This is great news, I think.

Surely too soon to be new stuff. Rumours would surely have leaked out were that the case...?

I would think that new stuff would be released as floppies first before a hardcover.

I'll be buying it no matter what is in it.

I think a proper collection would be 0-7, the pre-unity stuff and the zero issue, because of what it provides to the reader in terms of setup and just the quality of the story. I would almost want to add the first few issues of post-unity, meaning that Unity would have to be included, but that doesn't make sense without, as Shooter put it "Seeing the weave". This is indeed very exciting news. I wish now I'd gotten those Harbinger 1-4, but the guy wanted 12-20 for each issue, and I was down to my last bucks, so I got bags and a longbox instead. Have to store the goodies, you know. Oh well. The hunt continues, and with this release, perhaps, intensifies?

I mean new material would be released as floppies (individual issues).

I would expect this delicious hardcover to reprint the early Harbinger issues. 0-7 would be ideal, as x-o dace said.

I have suched mixed feelings on this. On the one hand I am very happy, on the other hand I am going to probably have to increase my back issue budget.

i FEEL YA THERE ,if a true relaunch works out ill have to cut out some of my dc and marval stuff to make a budget. but, id still be a hapy camper and i dont remember but, valiant never released more then 15 or 20 books in a month so its not like marvals 100 or more civil war tie ins ugg and im betting it will start slow. ( it would be cool to finish unity 2k)
