A few new covers

Post by worldsbestcomics »

I picked this up a while back on eBay. I am toying with the idea of putting together a run of one color cover from each of the VH 1 titles.

Here is my Turok

I bought this unpublished Secret Weapons cover from Valiant Entertainment back in May but there have been some shipping delays so I haven't actually received it yet.

I think they are buried with the Harbinger relaunch. I can't wait. I reserved my copy of the hardback at my LCS earlier this afternoon :thumb:

If I remember correctly, your bid just barely beat mine on this cover :!:

Well, if it is any consolation, it found a good home :)

Happy to hear that. I'm glad it went to someone who really appreciates it.

I showed these to a non-comic-collecting buddy of mine at work. He has also seen a bunch of nice comics that I have picked up over the years. Out of all he has seen, he likes "the Valiant style of art" the best and the Turok cover in particular is his favorite.

I loved it when Rags did Turok, he was one of the better artists to do the character.

Always brings a frown when I click on the time in ebay and it leads me to them:( Not speaking o nteh quality fo teh seller at all - but my watch list is smaller than it should be :)

That would be me...I think.
While my eBay auctions don't usually list international shipping etc. I will ship internationally for board members. FYI. :thumb:

If it was, I was speaking of who you bought it from then. On ebay (at least a couple months ago) somebody was weekly selling cool Valiant covers (mostly Turok) pre-framed and would not ship to an FPO box (asked 3-4 different times as they told me they would in the future). I don't know if they'd ship internationally or not - I just know they wouldn't ship to an FPO.

Of course this may not have been one of the cover they had but I thought I remember it being one.

I have bought pages from you I know you will ship here!
Ahh right on. Yeah I believe I sold the Turok #27 colors, but yeah there was a lot of Turok colors on eBay recently by the same seller.
I used to have the Turok #27 ink cover a few years ago as well.

I have a couple of Valiant color covers. The came along with the ink art covers. They are pretty cool, but I'm not into color art (my oa madness is just on ink art). The covers are Secret Weapons 15 (upper picture) and Harbinger 30 cover (I just don't seem to find the scan right now). If anyone's interested, just drop me a line and we'll work something out.
Just my 2 cents (of an euro)
