Have any new copies of this book surfaced?
Hi All,
It has been a long while since I last posted here, but I have been checking in from time to time.
I was wondering if any new copies of Turok #1 VVSS with the Second Life of Dr. Mirage COA have surfaced. If I recall correctly a board member picked up the copy I found on eBay. At the time I received a message from someone else mentioning that they had/had seen another one. How many others have surfaced since 2003/2004?
Cheers,
Skiw

Which CGC books do you need?*SQUEE* wrote:I was that guy... I'd trade it for CGC books I need.Chiclo wrote:One of the relatively newer guys picked one up out of a bargain bin at a comic shop as I recall.
He won the lottery but hasn't opted to cash in his ticket by selling the certificate to a high bidder - probably Zero or Chainnball.

How is this certificate valuable? Are there VVSS Dr. Mirage books without certificates?Chiclo wrote:One of the relatively newer guys picked one up out of a bargain bin at a comic shop as I recall.

It was going to be an official VVSS and was scrapped at the last minute.worldsbestcomics wrote:How is this certificate valuable? Are there VVSS Dr. Mirage books without certificates?Chiclo wrote:One of the relatively newer guys picked one up out of a bargain bin at a comic shop as I recall.

Bernard has claimed to have signed a number of them for this I'm not sure how far it went after him. Those VVSS certificates were (we thought) destroyed. The first of them showed up with a cut through them but not completly.
Thats off the top of my head. Anyone else that can add anything to it?
