Have any new copies of this book surfaced?

Post by skiw »

Hi All,

It has been a long while since I last posted here, but I have been checking in from time to time.

I was wondering if any new copies of Turok #1 VVSS with the Second Life of Dr. Mirage COA have surfaced. If I recall correctly a board member picked up the copy I found on eBay. At the time I received a message from someone else mentioning that they had/had seen another one. How many others have surfaced since 2003/2004?

Cheers,
Skiw

One of the relatively newer guys picked one up out of a bargain bin at a comic shop as I recall.

He won the lottery but hasn't opted to cash in his ticket by selling the certificate to a high bidder - probably Zero or Chainnball.

How is this certificate valuable? Are there VVSS Dr. Mirage books without certificates?

It was going to be an official VVSS and was scrapped at the last minute.

Bernard has claimed to have signed a number of them for this I'm not sure how far it went after him. Those VVSS certificates were (we thought) destroyed. The first of them showed up with a cut through them but not completly.

Thats off the top of my head. Anyone else that can add anything to it?
