The Rock could work as Bloodshot. Michael Caine would be perfect as Neville.

It would be great if the movie started just like #1. Bloodshot flying through the air, putting a bullet through some guys head.

No, the rock would ruin the entire movie, i think benecio del torro could pull it off as bloodshot, i like micheal caine as neville too

I was going to drop the Rock as the name for Bloodshot as well... he just has the right "look" for Bloodshot in my mind.

What is needed for Bloodshot is an actor who is both large yet not enormous, who can act and also look the part. He need not look exactly as the book depicted the character, but there should be a strong resemblance. However, what is more important to me is that the essence of the character be properly conveyed. This would be a difficult casting job.

When a studio hired Azzarello to write the Bloodshot movie in 2000, rumor was that Triple H was going to play the role.
