McFarland Statues
I've been thinking about these sets. It's a bit twisted but I like it.

While I respect the work on those, they're just too weird for me. I just dno't like my fairy tales to be overly sexy and violent!Rubiks-Q-Bert wrote:I've been thinking about these sets. It's a bit twisted but I like it.

Has anyone seen one of these upclose and personal? Are they nice?

I've allways loved fairy tales and mythology. I might do some digging around and see if I can find some norse mythology statues.MedicAR wrote:While I respect the work on those, they're just too weird for me. Besides the Batman Spawn statue which was a McFarlane & DC Direct co-release . . the only real statue they put out was the MiracleMan statue:

I got one of these real cheap but I had to sell it as it just did not properly represent the character for me . . .
They still make the best Action figures out there if you like display more than play ability . . .

I kept mine, but I agree the representation is off. Bowen didn't really get it right either. It's just such an odd character, I'm not sure anyone can properly depict him in 3D.siren3-4 wrote:Besides the Batman Spawn statue which was a McFarlane & DC Direct co-release . . the only real statue they put out was the MiracleMan statue:

I agree about Bowen . . there is something that keeps me from pulling the trigger . . I haven't figured it out yet though . . .MedicAR wrote:
