I'm not sure about my guestlist with the NYCC show yet...Last February I got lucky and was able to add people when I got there...

I was *SQUEE* that it happenned this way, as I would have told you guys not to purchase tix....

This year may be the same....I'll try to find out more details as we get closer...perhaps I can put some of you as panel guests?...only problem is they add the names on the website and someone may eventually question it?...

I need to look over the application forms and such ....

It looks like I MAY have a new job soon. I have to take a driving test on Tuesday. If all goes well I could be working for the USPS right after Christmas! :)

The bad thing about that is I will be low man on the seniority list and may not be able to get time off for the NYCC... :(

If I get hired I will try to ask for those days off in advance. :hope:

Can you pick up some shifts for someone else and then just have them owe you?

Second, one of the problems with doing things at the National in November is the NYC prices are pretty much at their peak. Now it's gonna be cold in February but I paid $225/night for my room in November and the same room in February cost me $100/night. Travel is also cheaper for the most part, although deals may be hard to find this year as airlines adjust for energy increases.
.
This is the main reason why I did not come last month, though I wish very much that I had....

Is there another convention in the summer in NYC? I wish I could make the one in April, but not with finals coming that time of month.

I don't "drink and dial", I learned a long time ago that just gets you in trouble.

Are you accusing svair of making money of the projects that he does?

Somehow I really doubt that since not to long ago Knightt was accused of profiting off his CF projects.
