Does Zepplin Have other Powers?

Torque
When Pete and Chris first went to meet Faith, they were trying to figure out whether Faith really can do special things. That's when Faith chimed in explaining in her dreams she's flying, and when she's awake:
Is it possible when Pete popped Faith, that she immediately was able to fly, but maybe still lying dormant is the ability to predict the future, and effect Electrical Currents?Zepplin wrote:"Street Lights go onn Whennnn IIIII..." "... Pass by, and sometimes I get Premonitions, like I knew..."
Maybe the power of Zepplin is stronger that we first predicted?

Re: Does Zepplin Have other Powers?
Good catch. I read it as her fantasies (for instance it seems a false claim that she knew Pete was different), but one never knows what was intended.Torque wrote:

I think, I'm not sure, that the "street lights" and "premonitions" stuff are things that people claim mean they have super powers.Torque wrote:Zepplin wrote:"Street Lights go onn Whennnn IIIII..." "... Pass by, and sometimes I get Premonitions, like I knew..."
I think Shooter was using it as a way to deflect from her real power and add to the joke of her wanting to fight Klingons and Terminators with the X-Men.

I don't know if this is connected, but one of the screwball theories I've heard on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory centered around "star children". Many of the finer details of the crackpot theory escape me at the moment, but one of the symptoms of being a star child was that sodium lights flicked off when you passed by them.
I don't know how old that theory is, but I figured it had something to do with that.

Ahh, wouldn't it be just like Shooter to throw something like that in.Chiclo wrote:I don't know if this is connected, but one of the screwball theories I've heard on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory centered around "star children". Metal-halide lights, they use copious quantities of energy, but put out a stable and rather bright lights. Most street lights and lights at your local gas station are this kind.depluto wrote:What the hell are sodium lights?
Also, those home-closet dope-growers know a thing or two about these.

I don't know about a power, but I keep hearing these weird tones from the radio, TV, car stereo, even an MP3 player plugged into speakers. It makes this strange "Dee-dee-dee...dee-dee-dee...dee-dee-dee" real quick spitting out 3 sets of three tones over a couple seconds. My family jokes about it being the aliens trying to contact me for a pickup.
Reading this thread made me think about it and so for a laugh I decided to post to see if anybody else every hears anything similar or knows what it is. Anybody else?

BTW, I notice that it happens to me. Of course, I notice the one that goes out as I drive by of the thousands I drive by in that once in a month occurrence. So it really isn't that special it is just one of those things you notice when it happens. It helps if you fall asleep at night listening to Coast to Coast. There really are some scary folks in the world.

I just figured that these lights go out all the time, but you only notice when you are walking by them.ThrillKillWill wrote:How dare you speak this way about Coat to Coast.Chiclo wrote:I don't know if this is connected, but one of the screwball theories I've heard on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory centered around "star children". Nope, not an SOS. All three tones are the same length. All short 'dots', no 'dashes'. The weirder part is when I came home from work and told about posting this, we got all thought about morse code too. We looked up a Wiki and found the dots and dashes, but when we started comaparing what letters we thought it was we found that different ones of us were hearing slightly different variations of the tones!ThrillKillWill wrote:Someone sending out an SOS?Phoenix8008 wrote:I don't know about a power, but I keep hearing these weird tones from the radio, TV, car stereo, even an MP3 player plugged into speakers.
