I don't know anything certain, but I would assume that not revealing their identityThe Unknown Spider wrote:whoever VIP was/is I don't think they'll ever want their identities revealed, I mean with such a blantant attempt at stealing fans of loved characters would anyone ever want to support anything they did in the future?
would probably be a bargaining chip that would have been played.

I'm glad to see that Dino and Co. bit the bullet and settled this puppy. Really, when you get right down to it, it was the only practical alternative.
It'll be interesting to see what new products they'll unveil now that they've got clear title. Today's marketplace isn't yesterday's, and if it was me, I'd concentrate all of the Valiant goodwill on a single title, rather than unleash even just a few. No new line from any small publisher in the last few years has been a success, recognizable properties or no. I wonder who'll be first up at bat?

Yep. Congrats to VEI for doing what had to be done. I've liked pretty everything I've seen so far from the Company including the Harby Hardcover, the new logo and the choice of the designer, and finally getting this thing taken care of.VHMMV wrote:I'm glad to see that Dino and Co. bit the bullet and settled this puppy. Congrats. Now make with the monthlies, fanboy.

Yea, it has to be something that jump starts the entire universe, what a heavy burden! Harbinger? Or some kind of Valiant Universe Mini-Series to have all the characters appear like in UNITY..no matter we're all aboard

I would still like to see a "Rebirth" mini series. You could re-introduce the characters you want (the main 8-10 or so) and lay the ground work for the begining of the universe.
Then go from there.
