Bad ebayer....
hi guys,
I just wanted to let you all know that ebay seller vincejarrard is someone that you should stay away from.
I purchased a comic from him two months ago and have received neither the comic or my money back. I have contacted him regarding the auction at least 20 or so times and he told me several times that the package is coming. Then when I demanded a refund he said its on its way. Basically he told me what I wanted to hear but never came through with anything. I opened a dispute with paypal but that didn't resolve anything. Luckliy I am only out 15 or so dollars.
But when I checked out his feedback it seems that there are at least five other people who have been scammed by this guy in the last month. Some of whom have paid the guy $80!
He would be stupid to list something on his id due to the 5 or 6 recent negative feedbacks.
Just wanted to share and vent to you all. I feel better....sort of

If the seller cannot provide tracking information, the buyer AUTOMATICALLY WINS THE CASE.
Did you not file in time? If not, file a chargeback complaint with your bank/credit card.
If you filed in time, and the seller cannot provide tracking info, YOU WIN, without question.
What haven't you told us....?

Let me add to my post, because I left this out (thanks Marax)maraxusofkeld wrote:Well after the dispute if he didnt reply, escalate to a claim and paypal will make a deceision and give you your money back.
If you open a dispute, you have 20 days to escalate it to a claim. If you don't escalate it, Paypal closes it, and you lose.
So....did you do all of this?

Yeah next time if they dont repond to the claim, I ususally wait a week after I open the claim, then just file a dispute. I had a recent scum bag send me a G1 Shockwave labeled as "MINT". I open the package and the F'N arm fell off and the gun portion of the other hand was snapped off. I had to take him to a claim and I got my money back, but I couldnt leave neg feedback for fear of a BS negative from him.

Sorry to hear that. Next time, you'll escalate before it expires, no?djwatson23 wrote:I opened the dispute. The dispute expired, its closed by paypal.
