Great work Steve!!
I love the WildCats, i wouldnt mind you painting one
of the many commissions ive done. That would be treat!!
Keep posting!
BTW, the Solar page is well done, the only critique is, remember to leave space for word balloons, the rull is alway 1/3 top for words 1/3 bottom for art.

Dude, nice work! Of course, you're right. I'm hoping to have time to do some more pages for the Solar book, you should see more improvement on those.
Criticism is always welcome from a pro, especially with examples!
Keep'em coming.
My only problem is: time. I have a very busy life and I'm just finding time to draw again. I've been at that one page since December!
More work will be on the way! It'll be slow, but it's coming.

MAC, thank you for the close up! Dang, you have clean lines! I futz around too much looking for perfection, and you just go and confidently draw...personality differential 101! Thanks for posting the art, guys! Now I get to study some!

Here's one I did right before I went to Wizard World '98. It got some good reviews from some very talented artists.

Steve, this is good stuff!
Now that I can see you can do The Darkness...
Howzabout a Darkness/Shadowman piece?
(Can you tell I'm a little obsessed with crossovers with that character?)

I want to start working on a slew of Valiant character pieces. I'm hoping to get something done this by or during this next summer.
I just need some things to slow down a little first.

Alright, here's a Mac piece I'm redoing right now. I'm trying to incorporate some of his dynamic style with my own.
Don't know if I'm going to finish it (probably will), but I think the initial attempt was quite nice.
Trying hard to get back into drawing a lot like I used to. It's not easy but I'm not giving up again. I'm more motivated now that I've been in years.
I will post more.

BTW: I found this thread in like the 5th page of this section. Man, it's been awhile since I've gotten off my butt to drawing again.

Another one based off of a MAC piece.
I'll finish it by the end of the week. Looking cool so far, I think.

I was definitely not expecting that.
You'll find out what it is when it's finished.
(no, it's not a penis)

You do a good job on the perspective of your figures. Great work. I like the panel work too!
