If I didn't have to save all my money to pay the government three days prior to fulfill my "obligation" that is fraudulantly passed on the American people, e.g. pay my taxes, I would probably be there.

Nothing like having one of these in your backyard. The only thing I need to worry about, ticket, is taken care of already. The rest is just mosey on over...

If anyone can get a Frank Miller signed Spirit poster or anythign Venture Brothers related signed for me, I'll make it worth you while!

OR

I'm headed to Planet Comicon this weekend, if any of the talent there strikes your fancy, I'd be happy to try and get any requests to trade! Although I think all of the guests at Planetcon are also in NY.......

I'm hopeful to meet Stan Lee, we'll see if I have the juice to skip his line and just get a word in with him (I've got a pretty powerful "in" that I'm going to play because there's no way I can do the line, it'll be crazy!).

And, I think I might bring in my Capital City Unity print set to see if I can get Frank Miller and/or Walt Simonson to sign some of their Unity covers. Which ones do you guys think are the best?

And, I'm going to bring a Fatale tpb and get Shooter and JG Jones to both sign it, since they'll both be there.

And, I'll definitely be saying hello to Sean Chen and Bernard Chang again, two of the nicest guys I've ever met. Not sure if I have anything for them to sign or not... but I'll be checking out the non-valiant penguins Sean will have on hand, always a surprise or two with him.

I'll have to review the guest list and see who else is going to be there; I won't wait in lines to see them, but I'll view from afar the cast of Hellboy II.

Oh, and can't forget Eva Mendes, I will look over peoples shoulders to catch a glimpse since I can't wait on a line like that. I'm not even sure what she's promoting...

I'm pumped!

Looks like I'm good for at least Sunday! Saturday is very unlikely (tough day to skip work), Friday's a good 50% shot (I might have to work with the TV station I'm trying to get on full time with for the papal visit, weird, but kinda cool). So I'm trying to decide whether or not to get a weekend pass.

Hey guys. I have a short list of a few hard to find books I have been looking for a while now. Wondering if anyone going to this one wants to trade "want lists". I will be going to Wizard World in Chicago at the end of June. Thanks!

ATTN ATTENDEES!

Rufus, I know you haven't forgotten, but I'm still just covering my bases. :thumb:

If anyone can do it, I would kill for a sketch of the Joker by Jerry Robinson if he should show up. Apparently he has turned up on short notice or no notice in the past in Artists Alley.

Also, Frank Miller is supposed to show up and sign posters for his upcoming film The Spirit. Again, I would kill for one......

And anything Hellboy related is cool too :D

Let me know if anyone comes up with any or all of these! I will gladly pay for the items (of course), postage (no surprise) and any time and effort that go into getting them. Think of is as having your admission or at least part of it, paid!

THANK YOU!!!

It was $150 for the Joker in SDCC '06, CGC boards seem to think it's still the same.
