Hey Guys...

I was asked for a pic of James Perham...does anyone have one?..I know that some of the later issues employee's were featured with some facts about them..

Was James in one of these?..

KevinVanHook will be writing a special tribute to him for the next Wizard issue. So keep an eye out for it.

I believe you may be thinking of the VALIANT Reader, which had a sort of mural with nine pictures of VALIANT creators.

I just checked and Perham isn't in it.

Maybe he's in one of the pre Birthquake and BQuake pictures that ran in the editorial sections.

Jim Perham was a great guy with a great sense of humor. In the old days where I would come into the office to work in Knob Row, I would occasionally wander into the business end of the facility. Jim was the friendliest face of the marketing/accounting side and was always considered by me to be one of "us".

For most of his time at Valiant, he operated in the background, but he was always there. Right until the bitter end. Since he was such a constant in the timeline of all Valiant, his role can not be overlooked.

He was a big guy who was soft spoken and channeled his wit into humor and even a stint on writing.

I believe he was not much older than me. Far to young to go.
