cracked cases

what percentage of your graded books have some sort of stress crack, usually on upper side of the case? does this bother you?

how much is recasing? and may anyone do it?

So long as the posts aren't damaged, no.

$11 plus getting it to and from CGC.

Unless you submit it when they're doing onsite grading...then it's just the $11.
