Ultra Rare GOLD/PLATINUM Valiant Hybrid Discovered!
It seems, as the popularity of Valiant comics resurges, that more and more discoveries are being made of items once thought only to be mythical.
Newly discovered today is the first (and only known) Gold/Platinum HYBRID, Hard Corps #1!
It is not known precisely how this very rare, very unique item was created, but one theory holds that this was originally a plain Gold Hard Corps #1, which, while certainly not common, nevertheless isn't a rare book.
It then appeared that the printer may have added a second silver ink to the mix, but only in certain areas, thus making the book appear "platinum" in those areas.
It is truly stunning....
Shown here:

This remarkable piece has only been just discovered in a quarter box at the San Diego Comic Con, of all places, and joins the ranks of other noteworthy rarities such as the Bloodshot #0 Platinum, as well as the Bloodshot #0 Pink, and who could forget the EXCEEDINGLY rare X-O Manowar #0 Ivory variant.
The book is currently at CGC, where it will doubtless achieve no less than a 9.9 Mint grade.
This piece is on sale by the anonymous seller, for auction on this board.
Starting bid is $10,000, with reserve of $100,000. Knowing the scarcity and collector demand for a piece such as this, the reserve is likely to be easily surpassed.

Discovering previously unknown variants is quite a cottage industry for you, isn't it?ZephyrWasHOT!! wrote:I think I may have discovered a couple more variants that nobody knew existed......TKWill wrote:I wish you would have had this when I bought that HARDCorps gold off of you a few months back.
