Rai 5 CGC 9.8 possibly for sale

I just got word today that one of my copies of Rai 5 at CGC graded 9.8. I can't even begin to tell you how many copies of this book I've submitted to cgc for grading, and not once have I received a 9.8!
At the moment I'm contemplating selling it even thought it's the last book I need for my graded Rai 1-5 9.8 personal set. I just thought I would post this here to see if there would be any interest in this book. If not, that's fine too, as I wouldn't mind keeping it. If you are interested, please send me a PM with how much you'd be willing to pay.

If you've been trying so hard to get it and you need it for your set, and you don't really care if it sells or not....why are you wanting to sell it.

Just confused at (or ignorant of) the reason for this sale. Not trying to be rude.

I grabbed one off e-bay about a week ago. Did the BIN and was happy to just find one.

Good the hear you also got a copy. There is a price for everything, but I would not part with my copy for 2x what I paid for it. Just too difficult to find a copy in 9.8.

Purchased from Demolition Comics for $400 7 hours after it was listed.

Yup.

I snatched it up as soon as I saw the listing. Really hard to tell if the price was "too high" as there have been so few listings on the book. Of course, it was worth at least that amount to me.

$400 seems to be the going rate. There was a recent board sale which was near that amount. Demolition may have priced it based on that - they lurk here I believe.

How is that I have been looking for one for over 3 months ( I realize other have longer) yet I never saw it.
