EW Gold against X-O gold was a very tough choice for me. I had to go with the X-O.

I was surprised to see some choose the CEOG over the Harb pink.

i usually voted for all the issues that i don't have...i figure even a schmuck like me has that issue-the other one must be more rare...
i contacted my bookie, and he says you have to bet $100 on either of the reds to win $10...i laid down a G on magnus 0 with card...that's why i just voted for it 45 times.

hey greg, is there a way to prevent someone from voting mulitiple times? i mean it would be obvious if every other book had 40 votes and one had 137...but if someone was dorky enough they could go through and revote several times, and shave points. i stand to lose $1000, so i want to make sure this thing's legit. i'm still angry about jerome bettis losing me all that money by switching his coin toss call in super bowl 30.

Is there even a way to vote twice? When I click back on the individual voting catagories all I see are the results of each poll.dave wrote:hey greg, is there a way to prevent someone from voting mulitiple times? i mean it would be obvious if every other book had 40 votes and one had 137...but if someone was dorky enough they could go through and revote several times, and shave points. i stand to lose $1000, so i want to make sure this thing's legit. i'm still angry about jerome bettis losing me all that money by switching his coin toss call in super bowl 30.

harby 4 is a great cover, it shows so much by showing so little, if you're reading the story for the first time your heart skips a beat, the colours are fantastic and it was a damn hard book to find. In my experience whenever i see a cover printed in magazines but cant find one in stores the cover is just that much more special to me (rai 3 and 4 are great examples)
having said all this i think rai 5 has a better cover. That one is a 10 our of 10 for me.

don't get me wrong-i don't dislike the harby 4-the colours are really neat-it is one of the best covers i've seen for portraying a "mood". but in this round it's going up against one that sets a mood even better, and nothing about the harby four really does anything for me outside of that mood.
i know it was a difficult issue to find-but i was never looking for one back then-rai and harbinger were way out of my league back then, and once i got the tpb-i was fine...til i found this site...but by then i was able to find any issue for a much better price!

Sinca Magnus with card is there I didnt vote for the none card version.Daniel Jackson wrote:Wow, I was just looking at some of the results again. I was surprised to see Rai #21 V.V.S.S. beating out Magnus #0 without card. Both are awesome covers, but I thought for sure Magnus would be winning this one.
