VK is, pretty much, no longer a member here. Last I talked to Greg, he had no intention on lifting the suspension, and last I heard from Vault-Keeper, he had no intention of coming back to VF.com.
So VK is simply giving the board members a chance to put these projects back into the community.
These a fine projects and are well worth the money.

My guess? He's a bricklayer. And we all know that bricklayers become "plumbers" when winter-time hits!siren3-4 wrote:What do you do ?VEI Reborn wrote:I would love to buy the solar. Unfortunatly for me, its winter time = about 80% lower income for the next 3 months. Than tax season and its game time!

Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.

If you won the EW/Shadowman project, I would love to buy it from you. I got home too late to put in another bid and I wanted that one.Phantom wrote:I bid on one of the above

I dont think people should sell their projects either but that doesnt mean I wont buy them if they're for sale.*SQUEE* wrote:Really? Hmm I would not have bid a single red cent on it. I never got any of the early project books and I still think selling them is wrong. I can see why it was done in this case tho and hopefully it went to someone that will cherish it.JustCallMeAric wrote:Wow the Solar was worth more than that

Disagree all you want, it doesn't change the clear fact that the Solar sold for substantially less than it has in the past.JustCallMeAric wrote:I agree to disagree on thatZephyrWasHOT!! wrote:Not from him it wasn't.JustCallMeAric wrote:Wow the Solar was worth more than that
Why?
Because of who the book is coming from.
If you think it's worth more, bully for you, but it takes TWO people to think that, and behave accordingly, for an item auctioned on eBay to sell for what the second high bidder thinks it's worth.
