Hell, I ran into Taz in person once in the (then) Philadelphia Spectrum parking lot and I sure as hell wouldn't have messed with him, 5'9" or no. He was HUGE! This was way back when ECW was still an independent fed and they invaded this particular WWE live show to advertise ECW. It was a bold thing to do at the time, I don't know if they actually had WWE permission to be there, I don't think they did as I think I recall security removing them eventually from their seats. Funny stuff!

I think they stole that idea from what was then the "WWF". Back when DGenerationX was still around, they went to a WCW event and pulled the same stunt. They even went to Turner Broadcasting headquarters and were thrown out as well.

Stike that - reverse it.

WWF/E took the idea from ECW and just ramped it up.

WWF/E and WCW were notorious for taking as much as they could from ECW as often as they could.
