So you like GL Corps after Sinestro Corps Wars? If it focuses on Hal and Kyle, I might like it.

I did read the first several issues of GL Corps (didn't dig it at all) and the GL Corps stuff in the Sinestro War HCs (brought down the Johns issues, IMO). What did you think of the early GL Corps and the stories in the Sinestro Corps War?

Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.

I have read Green Lantern Corps: Recharge, but none of the regular series until Sinestro Corp War.

I didn't like GLC: Recharge too much, but it was alright. I would give it three entertaimos at best.

Sinestro Corp War was great. Best crossover story I have read in a LONG time. I think that is the story that finally made me like Hal Jordan a lot. I started readng GL when Kyle Rainer was the only Green Lantern, and became a fan during his run. When Hal came back, it took me a while to come around to him.

Dr. Solar wrote:In Depth on Rai #0

It’s time for our 24th episode, and an in-depth look at one single issue, the eponymous Rai #0! We discuss:
  • The impact this issue had at the time, and our initial reactions when it came out
  • The story nuggets in this book, and where they show up in other Valiant books
  • The final fate of Shadowman… or not!
  • Inconsistencies between this book and later Valiant material
  • The auspicious editor column in this issue
  • Our One Year Anniversary! Congratulations us!
  • A brand new segment, Recent Reads
  • …and a whole lot more! This is a long one, buckle up!
Get the episode from the OTV site HERE. As a new feature, you can stream it directly over the internet by clicking the link to the file on the site.

you can right click/save as on the following to direct download it:

And of course, let us know what you think!
On March 22nd a friend of mine sold three Rai 0s in CGC 9.8 for 28.95 ea on the Bay. He's having to send more off for grading.
I wonder why those sold? :hm:

Maybe Dr Solar and team can talk about the CGC 9.9 Turok for $355 to raise the interest and price of Turok #1.

That, coupled with reducing the number of available copies by having a barbeque... :D

We've had some travel amongst hosts, and slacking amongst producers lately.

We should have a lot more stuff soon.

Somewhere there is an joke about: Dr. Sol being Hobo, or Lefield, or C-lo having a Dr. Solar stage, or Mrs. C-lo looking through a long box of Dr. Hobo's?

It's pretty cool. Last year at the Lubbock show she left while Chiclo and I were digging through some 50 cent boxes, I believe she had some stuff of her own in her arms when I saw her again. I almost did a double-take.

The next episode is a recap of the Denver con. She bought a LOT of stuff for herself and had her own needs list - but it was a lot of DC. Power of Shazam, Aquaman and stuff like that.
