So... the wife just bought two 4 day passes plus preview night.

Looks like San Diego's getting Chiclo with it next summer. Chiclo and wife, I mean.

She pulled money out of the home repair budget. As she says, "you've got to have priorities".

Apparently they sold a very small number of 4-day passes that gave access to Preview Night, so that preview night could again be an actual preview night of sorts, rather than just the first day of the show.

It felt like Preview night was more crowded than Saturday this year.

Do they have the con exclusives at Preview night?

Guys, might buy your passes NOW. Four day passes are gone already. Hopefully I can land a press pass this year, otherwise I might skip (ending a five year streak).

This pass sellout issue is turning into a joke. SDCC has to come up with some other plan for the show, people are buying the passes when they don't even know if they can or will go or not under the assumption they can turn them back in or resell them.

Any time you get into any of the "Hilton Family" of hotels, it's a sweet deal. I stayed in one in DC for a conf in 2008 and it was glorious. You two are barely gonna want to leave the place
