Can't go wrong with Michael Golden's Micronaut covers. Each cover did make me want to buy the issue (or at least read it), which is what a cover should do.

He did some great covers for G.I.Joe and Punisher. The one for Captain America annual 8 is incredible. Was always more a fan of his covers than his interior's. Covers benefited from better colouring and generally looked more dynamic than the interiors.
