Here you go. Not sure how many of these volumes would be in print.
The entire run by Geoff Johns has been collected. Iron Heights included in the list as it's a one off book, but it's essential to the Johns run.

Cheers. It's probably going to be easier and cheaper to do it in singles.

Not sure about that. Some of the later issues are very hard to find and expensive

Indeed, I think you'll find that the beginning of the run would be quite cheap compared to it's end.

Also some of those trades are out of print, and for some reason out of print trades can command high prices on eBay.

Yeah that was my worry. I think starting from the beginning in singles may be the way to go and then if I everget near the end switch over to trade. Hopefully someone will list a big chunk of them on the Bay at some point.

Some of the trades are not that old, so there's a chance that you may find some in local stores that sell comics. I think if you can find the trades that reprint the late issues at a good price, then buy it.

One of the great things about the series from issue 165 is that Brian Bolland provides the cover art for around the next 20 issues (or there abouts).

Flash: Born to Run TPB for $59 and Flash: Blitz TPB for $80.
Serious coin for trades and reprints.

I'm glad I don't have to worry about getting these. I'm going to eventually get my whole run bound
