I got it in the mail the other day from someone who used to work for Valiant in the early days. Anyone come across one of these before?
I had never heard of it or seen it before I got it. Pretty neat Valiant item!

I have a few dozen of these pamphlets that were rescued from my uncle's house. I intended to put up scans of my own, but I don't have a scanner so easily available.
