First Post: A&A #0 Gold?
Longtime lurker, posting for the first time...I've really gotten back into my Valiants after digging them all up, and completed my first pre-Unity run last year.
I'm now going back and filling in some of my favorite keys as CGC...and am kicking myself for missing out on a CGC 9.4 Archer & Armstrong #0 Gold a while back. At the time, I didn't realize this book was going to be so hard to find...and it is a) one of my favorite covers ever published, and b) the origin issue of my favorite series overall.
ANYWAY, figured I would take a shot to see if anyone on the board had one they wanted to part with (preferably CGC...but a nice ungraded copy would be great as well)...or even if anyone had any tips on sources I may be unaware of.
As of now, I'm just trolling eBay regularly, and hitting up Comiclink every 1-2 weeks.
Thanks so much in advance!

@Daniel, thanks much for the welcome...and interesting take on availability of the book. Makes me feel a bit better.
Any other places I should be looking, from your perspective?
I live in New York, so I'm blessed enough to have good shops around - but they just chuckle when I ask them what they may have kicking around. I've hit up the occasional con locally, but there you get more of the $1 bin situation...

Welcome.
I'm pretty confident in saying that one will turn up for you at a pretty good price. Without digging through posts I would say some come up every 3 months or so for sale. Interesting that they haven't shown up on eBay lately.
Wouldn't be surprised if someone responded to this post with one up for grabs.
Again welcome

Especially since I went to just about every shop in NYC and Brooklyn and bought out their cool valiant stuff in 2000-2001.Daniel Jackson wrote:Yeah, that happens a lot when asking about Valiant back issues.rygriffin333 wrote:

Bumping this up...
Had a kind soul offer up a copy, but didn't get a response back on my follow up.
Anyone out there have one they would like to part with? I'd love a CGC 9.6+, but would certainly enjoy a high grade raw, too.
Thanks in advance for any replies!
