CGC 9.2 Dr. Solar #1 (1962) sells for over $900

Last previous sale was in 2004... for $543.
It was still under $550 until the final minute, then sold for $910.

It has to, though of note there have been a good amount of both slabbed and non way before DH GK3 books came out, just not hitting as high on the CGC nicer books
I have been watching for some time and if anything the raw books are still great prices and there are some amazing pick ups available.
I did get a raw VF+, but it.s not in my hands as of yet, so not sure if it is what it says.
