HUGE Valiant lot sale feat. almost every Valiant ever made

This is my first time posting on the boards, so I hope I did it right Anyways, I used Greg's shortcut for hunting down Valiant comics on Ebay, and I came across this baby:

It looks like it contains full runs of ALL the major titles and then some. The auction ends in less than 90 minutes, but I thought y'all might get a kick out of it. When you do the math it comes out to $1.44 an issue and that's only when you take the total cost and divide it by the total number of comics that make up runs of the sexy titles like Harby, X-O, Magnus, etc. It's probably cheaper per issue when you factor in the other titles. Now the question is whether or not the Harbingers and Magnus comics still have the cards/coupons

Since it doesn't include all the variants and specials, not sure it's a good deal for $500. Plus $99 shipping. I'd rather have it be a project for me to go out and find all the books in dollar bins at conventions or local comic shops.

I would have loved to find a lot like this a year ago when I started re-collecting Valiant. I'm too impatient for piecemeal, even though that's how I had to do it.

Dbgnaa - I completely agree with you! I started re-collecting Valiant recently and eventually got to the point where I grew impatient with having to buy everything piecemeal. So much so that when NY Comic Con came around this past weekend, Im pretty sure I ended up paying a little over the usual price for most of the pre-Unity issues that I still needed

Tex-Porneu - Thanks for the heads up. I wasn't sure if that was a good price, so I appreciate the tip (especially since I'm in the very early stages of learning about all the Valiant variants that exist)

Yeah, I doubt seriously that 90% are NM with no bags or boards. Might have been a good deal, but I don't think I saw anything listed that is really high dollar. I know some of the end runs are worth a bit, but not like a Unity Red or CEAR, right?
